ALICE® REDAX™ is a rapidly deployable cloud-native application within our ALICE® suite of digital accelerators. ALICE® REDAX™ supports redaction, declassification, and many other native and extremal tools for data extraction and metadata enrichment. It also delivers context-based annotation (automated and manual) for redaction justifications and access to user guidance. ALICE® REDAX™ easily integrates into other enterprise workflow/case management solutions, and it is configurable between 0% to 100% human-in-the-loop automation based on confidence algorithms and statistical sampling.

Use Case: Federal Client

Background: All applications for organizational tax-exempt status and subsequent tax filings must be published and/or publicly available upon request. This must occur with no leakage of National Defense-sensitive data, PII, confidential trade secrets, or donor names. Item restriction and data redaction must be applied following a myriad of complex rules, policies, and practice standards addressing Electronic, Paper, and Data/XML formats. Current workloads would require all staff to work mandatory 16-hour days and review more than 4 items per hour. The backlog continued to grow daily with staff falling further behind. ALICE® REDAX™ integrates source data systems, batch and request management, workflows and team assignments, and applies hundreds of advanced AI capabilities for data extraction, classification, rule application, and redacting output ready for public consumption.
